What's next is a high school career showcase designed for schools with a high percentage of students who don't progress to a 4 year college program or schools with great than 60% of their students economically disadvantaged. What's Next is not a hiring event, it is a career exploration event with the goal of opening students minds to the possibilities, allowing them to dream about their future and discover a path that can lead to success. The event features apprenticeship and certification programs, 2 year degree programs, employers in the many trades as well technical and office jobs plus many more!
